ShapeBar Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at ShapeBar! We are dedicated to delivering your premium shapewear securely and efficiently across South Africa. Please review our shipping protocols and terms below before placing your order.

1. Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders require 1–3 business days to process, quality-check, and package securely at our fulfillment center before handing over to our courier partner. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or South African public holidays.

  • Delivery Window: Once dispatched, shipments typically take 8–11 business days to arrive at your designated delivery address.

2. Our Courier Partner

To guarantee reliable service, ShapeBar partners exclusively with Aramex Store-to-Door Couriers. All shipments are fully trackable from the moment they leave our facility until they reach your doorstep.

Once your order has been handed over to Aramex, a tracking number and a direct tracking link will be automatically generated and emailed to you.

3. Limitation of Liability for Courier Delays

While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives within the 8–11 business day window, ShapeBar is not legally or financially liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier operations.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that ShapeBar cannot be held responsible for delivery extensions resulting from:

  • Adverse weather conditions or localized environmental disruptions.

  • Aramex operational backlogs, sorting facility bottlenecks, or peak season volumes (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas).

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or un-contactable delivery address details provided at checkout.

  • Regional service disruptions or hijacking/theft incidents while in the courier's possession.

4. Delivery Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • No P.O. Boxes: Aramex requires a physical residential or business address where someone is available to sign for the package during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Aramex will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address. If you are unreachable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be held liable for additional courier fees to re-dispatch the order.

5. Damaged or Lost Transits

If your tracking information indicates that Aramex has lost your package, or if it arrives with severe physical damage to the protective product packaging, please contact us immediately at shapebar4@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp so we can lodge a formal investigation and insurance claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
